15/15 Real Traffic Density and Ratio

Being on the road at night can be a bit scary, but at least the streets are lit up for players lớn see where they are going, Of course, it would be nice if these lights were a bit more realistic looking overall. SiSL makes their second appearance on the menu with their mod "City Lighting."
